HRI is a non-profit and relies on donations to carry out its important work and research. We developed a conversion-optimised website to nurture users through to donation guided by relevant information about the HRI’s work. A main goal was to convert one-off givers into regular monthly donators. This was achieved through intelligent and simplified UX architecture. Features such as predictive search results give users 'real time' indicative results for their search terms as they type to speed up and facilitate the search process.
