Onetest partnered with Adrenalin Media to formulate & execute an Online Strategy to position Onetest as a solutions provider, focusing on the company’s ability to solve problems and add value to the recruitment and retention process through a range of innovative systems, assessment tools and processes. Adrenalin’s challenge was to execute a strategy that increased leads for the Sales Team, decreased bounce rates and improved internal inefficiencies & inflexibility associated with maintenance of the previous website.
The foundation of our strategy was the successful design & build of an engaging & intuitive website which communicated a solutions focus rather than the previous product-centric approach. Improvements to the navigation and usability of the solution were critical to make the user experience simple, seamless and easy. As was optimisation & automation of online enquiries to reduce double-handling of leads.
Since launching, Onetest has acknowledged significant improvements across the board, including; Online Traffic (visits, page views, time on site & bounce rates), Organic SEO & Overall Conversions (web/phone leads). Most importantly, the solution has been well received by the target audience & will continue to grow with the business’s online objectives into the future.
