The Challenge

Adrenalin partnered with ADAD to deliver a new contemporary & clean website (in-line with their new branding), which moved away from their usual product-centric approach & towards a solutions focus that drives thought leadership. The strategic goal of the new website was to drive business engagement by positioning ADAD as the clear 'thought leaders' in Direct Response Television & raise awareness of the ADADs Performance based model - "Leaders in Performance TV".

Adrenalin's challenge was to produce a new engaging online marketing channel & research centre for ADAD, with a greater emphasis on ADAD's premium client base & highlighting ADAD's shift from SME to blue-chip clients.

The Strategy

The foundation of our strategy was an extensive scoping phase, where we carried out several stakeholder workshops - involving analysis & research of the target group segments & their online behavioural patterns. The insight into demographics & attitudes gained from the workshops, allowed us to tailor a solution which included a cleaner, more intuitive layout; improved navigation & SEO best practice; distinct focus on solutions/services, case studies, tv commercials & recommendations; advanced interactive features and rich media components; and a strong focus on informative & engaging user content through the Blog & Media Centre.

The approach to the creative involved a strong focus on information architecture and usability, where Adrenalin Media applied its expertise in layout & user behaviour.

The Results

Adrenalin collaborated effectively with ADADs professional & dynamic team to turn around the project on time & budget, the outcome being a premium and user experience focused website that positions ADAD as Leaders in ‘Performance TV'.

Since launching, ADAD has acknowledged improvements in overall conversions (web/phone leads). Most importantly, the solution has been well received by the target audience & will continue to grow with the business's online objectives into the future.
