Senior UI/Front End Web Developer

Development

We are currently looking for a Senior UI & Front End Developer to join our Development team. Be part of an innovative, talented and dynamic team as well as work for some great local and international clients.

Adrenalin Media has an opportunity for a talented Senior User Interface and Front End Developer on a full time and permanent position.

You will be responsible for leading the UI component of a project, working with a dynamic, fun, social and innovative team of digital specialists.

The role involves:


  • Pushing the boundaries while working with Creative team in delivering innovative solutions
  • Creation of templates within content managements systems
  • Delivering projects such as social media pages, landing pages, websites, microsites and email campaigns
  • Strong experience in converting PSD files into HTML5, CSS3 and supporting JavaScript
  • Working on .NET4.0 projects with the backend developers facilitating the integration of your code with the choosen CMS
  • Use of Ajax / JQuery / CSS/XHTML and XML
  • Strong support from an experienced & highly-intelligent team
  • Supporting other UI developers

To be successful in your application, the ideal applicant will possess the following skill set:


  • 3-5yrs Commercial UI and Front-end Development Experience - Agency experience is beneficial
  • You must have excellent communication skills, be innovative and a problem solver
  • Excellent HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery + Standard JavaScript
  • Solid Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Mobile platforms
  • Excellent understanding of W3C standards and ensuring compliance of your work
  • Experience managing and growing a front end development team is beneficial
  • Positive work attitude and a commitment to excellent quality control

Business Development Manager

Business Dev

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager. Working closely with the Director and Operations Director you will be responsible for creating new leads, responding to new enquiries, presenting and pitching to prospect clients as well as being able to propose solutions based on client requirements.

  • Developing and executing new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
  • Pitching to large corporate companies as well as medium businesses 
  • Identify and articulate an understanding of customer’s key requirements and their buying criteria, with the objective of forming long term relationships
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand new project RFTs (including Government and NFP projects) and have proven experience in managing the tender-response process through to a successful outcome of project wins 
  • Establish and foster relationships with key partners in the Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane digital media industry
Applicants looking to further their career must meet the following criteria:
  • Experience in the digital industry in Australia, with a proven sales and business development background
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as being highly professional and motivated at what you do
  • Be confident in your approach, outgoing in nature, and display the necessary spark that will distinguish you from the crowd
  • Ability to translate client’s needs into a solution and also have a sound knowledge of the digital space, especially Online Commerce
