We’re proud to announce that, for the second year on the trot, we’ve made it onto B&T’s shortlist for the Employer of the Year Award 2017.
The industry awards recognise companies (not just on how well stocked their office bar is) on an array of measures including recruitment policies, staff training & development programs and their dedication to creating diverse and fair workplaces.
As a finalist last year, the agency was recognised for our extensive health & wellness program which sees our whole agency receiving a Fitbit, benefiting from regular in-office massages, bi-monthly team-building and a paid-day-per-year for voluntary work.
Our two-day strategy offsite held in the Hunter Valley, our generous professional training budget and our dedication to celebrating every milestone we possibly can, have no doubt helped secure us a spot on the leader board again this year.
The awards ask two members of the team to write their own account of what it's like to work for the agency. They also pay great attention to career progression, opportunities for women and the way the company rewards its staff.
The nominated companies for this coveted award will now go through to present to the jury, who will mark them on the criteria of their entry and get a first-hand feel for the agency’s culture. This will take place on 3rd November and the winners will be announced at the awards night on 1st December which will be held in Melbourne this year.
