What do you love most about your job?
I love that it’s challenging. As an agency we get a lot of varied clients come through and in order to deliver a great user experience I need to get up to speed quickly on the business, the industry and the users. Sometimes the business requirements don’t play nicely with the user requirements so I need to find a way to align them – in short, there’s never a dull moment and always opportunity to learn and grow.
